Why can't QDL open AT port of sim5360E module?

Lord! who dealt with simcom modules of the sim52xx and sim53xx series (I have sim5360E firmware version 01)? the essence of the problem is this:
1) for full GLONASS support, the module must be flashed to the latest firmware version 06 (the seller gave the firmware and QDL firmware), it is flashed via USB.
2) when connecting USB, 4 virtual com ports should appear on the computer. For some reason, I only have 3 (modem, diagnostic port and NMEA port)
3) the firmware is not complicated, I turned on the power to the module, plugged in USB, opened the flasher (QDL), the flasher immediately finds the diagnostic port, sets the module ID itself, open the firmware file, then the firmware button should become active, but it doesn’t go any further, writes that it can’t open the AT port.
PS shamanized with port speeds, unsoldered all UARTs, re-read all the manuals (maybe I didn’t see something somewhere), nothing helped
