What is the video and audio glitch in Chrome in Yosemite?

Probably, after some unsuccessful update, the video and sound ceased to play adequately.
After chrome has been running for more than 30 minutes (I don’t presume to say more precisely), video and sound stop playing, namely:
youtube loads the video, shows pictures, but does not react to play in any way.
VKontakte audio stops playing sound in the same way.
I sinned on Adobe flash, but also turned the built-in flash on and off, and installed an additional one, but it did not work.
It is treated for the same 30 minutes by restarting the browser.
Operating system - mac os yosemite
Chrome - Version 40.0.2214.115 (64-bit)
Macbook pro 15 16gb ram
about 1-2 windows are constantly open, 30-40 tabs in total (most of the static pages).
This behavior is not observed in other browsers.

Everything is the same, except for two windows. There are no reported glitches.
Try to install something lightweight webkit like Iron.
