Chrome Arbitrarily Rearranges Bookmarks in the Bookmarks Bar

This is how chrome hurts me. It is not clear what the time of the rearrangement depends on, but I just rearranged it a couple of times in a minute. The behavior is like a virus. 8)
And bookmarks in Other bookmarks do not touch, only on the panel on top.

I did as I wrote above: through the settings from the laptop I clicked “Disable Google Account”, on the desktop I followed the link from the settings “You can set up synchronization in your Google Dashboard ”, clicked “Stop and delete”, re-sorted the bookmarks on the desktop in the right order, logged in in the browser, sync signed up, logged in on the laptop, everything was synchronized with the desktop
Until it jumps.

In my opinion, this is due to the synchronization of tabs with another computer. It started for me after installing Chrome on an iPhone and connecting a Google account there. When I don’t use it on an iPhone, it doesn’t mix. It is worth starting - rearranges.

This is not Chrome, but a CIA officer who monitors your activity - made to your liking.

Same trouble. 3 devices in sync.
I already wrote to the support (somewhere last week) - I'm waiting for an answer

The same thing happens with the extension icons, top right. Arrange them according to logic or habit, and then they themselves are mixed up. Such is the synchronization in chrome.

Swimming, we know. Change your password , you are not logged in incognito somewhere, they have it. Even if the problem is a friend, you can still localize it by changing the password one by one. Plus, it seems that they already said above - resetting all caches on devices.
