Through chrome, the sound crackles, but it’s so simple in Windows - no, options?

Given: I have an amplifier connected to my computer and stereo speakers through it + stereo headphones in another port.
Symptoms: When playing from chrome - crackling. Music in contact, video from YouTube - through chrome crackles in the columns. When you play from hard - a movie, or music in Windows - the sound is crystal clear, as usual, everything is fine. The hardware problem is excluded by this fact completely.
What I tried:To begin with, of course, I looked at all the cables and connectors - everything works fine in hardware, I tried other devices and headphones and the stereo system is fully functional, the computer's connectors too. All cables are ok. The problem is set only in Chrome. But she annoys me. I looked in the mixer - there are no special settings for the chrome app. Those. There is a stupid volume of the browser - but it does not solve the problem. There can be no distortion in the frequency of the sound either - I took a song - it does not crack in Winamp - I fill it in contact - it cracks. It's funny - but I even turned off the wireless equipment to eliminate interference from it. Googled on the Internet - the problem occurs, but the solution to reinstall the flash player did not help. I also reinstalled chrome.
Some advise me to change chrome - this is not an option - I have deep roots in it

@Gasoid

probably all the same flash? and in chrome, the flash is built-in, so reinstalling the flash will not help, but does it work in another browser?

the same garbage,
I fixed this: I had the volume at maximum, and the speakers built into the screen, turned the volume down by half and right now it doesn’t make noise, or rather it makes extremely quiet noise, and chrome does not cause an increase.
