You need a program that will send SMS messages from selected templates (with the function to add data manually) via a usb modem. SMS one-time. Why did they decide to use this option, and not services - all services that have tried large sms (5-6 sms in one) deliver very poorly. I do not need to advertise any services, I need a program.

The last program I used to send sms via usb tethering was JuiceSMS. It's free, but it didn't send texts fast enough. I needed to implement mass mailing of notification messages. Maybe it suits you...
