How to set up SMS notification in Zabbix?

Since the morning I have been trying various methods of sending SMS from Zabbix. The most common way is smssend, which is part of smstools.
For some reason, smssend is not included in my Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS package.
Zabbix does not want to send using standard means (by the way, where can I see the Zabbix logs?)
How else can I send SMS from the sh script?

Try to send SMS to use an external script through sudo and the necessary rights. By default, the Zabbix user does not have many rights in the system.
