How to display Telegram notifications through the regular notify-osd in Ubuntu?

I couldn’t google anything, so I think that they won’t give me an answer here either, but still.
Ubuntu has a built-in notify-osd system since version 12, which shows very beautiful pop-up windows. I would like the sent messages to be shown in this form, and not in a white rectangle somewhere on the side. Where does such a wish come from:
1 - The white rectangle strongly gets out of the style of the ubunta itself (we are talking about version 16.04 with the unit), which specifically hurts the eye. NOT NICE in general.
2 - It would be much cooler if third-party applications could interact with the services built into the system. This kind of unification is just not enough in the world of open source systems.
Is there a way to intercept incoming messages and display them in the form of a stock notification manager (forgive me for my illiteracy and ignorance)?

Question removed. In his foolishness, he considered that there could be no such functionality in the telegram itself. AND HE IS. Specifically - Settings -> Notifications -> Use Native notifications
