How to get a short number?

Has anyone had the experience of acquiring a short number to receive sms?

It is necessary that the number be the same for at least the three largest operators in Russia. It is desirable that for the sender there is a minimum cost of sending an SMS - ideally, it is equal to the cost of a regular SMS. Well, so that for me (an individual) it costs the least.

Who to contact? What to pay attention to?

The cost of the usual will not work, 5 rubles will be at least, but of them about a ruble will come to you :)
and the prefix will be there.
If you want without a prefix - very expensive and very very hemorrhoids.
The three largest operators consist of a dozen small ones each, or even more (by region). Everyone has their own prices, their own rules, their own contracts.

About 5tr per room / month.
If you need the cost of a regular SMS, isn't it more profitable to take a SIM card hosting?

It's unrealistic on its own. To do this, you will have to conclude agreements with a mass of legal entities in different regions of the country.
It is most convenient and faster to work through an aggregator. For example A1 or BrandMobile or SMSPAY. There are many different ones.
You also need to understand that for each operator the cost will be slightly different with a spread of plus / minus 35%.
