Hello!
In a month, I will have a rather large volume of SMS - messages - about 10 - 12 thousand messages, since an almost daily information mailing will be carried out at an enterprise of 500 people. SMS will be sent from 1 phone through my own server.

The question is: which operator (and tariff) is best to have on the SIM card of this phone?
Geography - Rostov and the region.

I looked at the prices here, while I found something specific at tele2:

It seems like 40 kopecks for any SMS.

Maybe someone has come across this and knows how else you can save money here?
