Operator - Tele2. The fact is that the tele2 campaign decided to prioritize traffic exclusively on Google services, and to hammer a bolt on the rest of the sites. Play market, google, youtube - speed over 2mb/s. Any other site - a maximum of 200kb / s, even VK (what can I say, sometimes even audio recordings cannot be loaded, but YouTube 1080p - please.) What can be done about this? Vpn does not help, and should not have helped. I don't really want to change providers. About 2-3 months ago everything was fine on all sites.
