What is the software for 3D modeling with logic similar to Tinkercad?

Tell me if there is software for 3D modeling in nature, logically reminiscent of TinkerCad, namely, not just subtracting shapes to form recesses and holes, but assigning an attribute to an object "body" or "hole", respectively, and displaying in 3D in a similar way.
