What to consider when choosing a 34+ inch monitor?

Goodnight!
I decided to choose a new monitor for myself, but out of the abundance of everything that is on the market, I don’t like a lot, something repels the price, and somewhere it’s not clear whether to take it or not. At the moment I use Asus 27' on IPS matrix 60 Hz - Full HD.
I mainly work in 3dsMax, Blender, Photoshop, process very large amounts of text and play quite a lot.
I decided to look at monitors with a higher hertz and a larger size, in order to increase the working area. I focus on IPS or VA matrices. But the question arose, what else to look at?
If you believe the mass of reviewers, then in 2019 making 34 inches with a resolution of 2560 by 1080 is already bad manners, but there are most of these monitors. The same LG has a couple of decent options with both IPS and 144Hz and GSync. But there are a lot of reviews about the marriage of the matrix and the pixel density is only 80 per inch. Samsung has solutions for 43/49 inches with 100/120Hz and a resolution of 3440 by 1440 (43 inches or 34 inches) and 109 ppi on a VA matrix. But there, at best, FreeSync.
To top it off, I have a video card 1070 by 8 GB and thoughts begin to arise, but will it even at 2560x1080 pull out the last Battle on ultras as well as on my Full HD? And the question of how to understand this is reinforced by the fact that most monitors simply cannot be seen before purchase. Not everything is displayed in stores.
Based on the foregoing, I ask more experienced and knowledgeable people to suggest:
- how to understand whether my video card will pull the monitor?
- what to look for besides the type of matrix and the price tag?
- Is there life at 2560x1080?
- are there any models worth looking at, especially if you want a curved panel?

@Seeker

I would not focus on the last battle - this is a very well optimized game. We need to focus on Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Metro Exodus, or at least Far cry New Dawn to the edge.
I assume that with a resolution of 3440 by 1440 the mentioned games will run on medium and high settings, if you want smoothness of 45-60fps, and ultras either won’t pull right away or won’t pull on the next games that will be released this and next year .
Here, I think, is a good monitor: https://market.yandex.ru/product--monitor-alienwar...
Well, in general, read the reviews on the Yandex market, right now, large monitors with a large diagonal and hertz are still in a fairly small assortment, therefore, studying the search results on the market will not take much time.
