A simple 3D editor for interior / apartment planning, ideally free?

I thought of repairing an old Khrushchev building, but since the layout, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired, and the time since the last repair is 20+ years, the question of planning repairs and, accordingly, transferring some walls / partitions is ripe. Well, change the furniture at the same time. Accordingly, scratching on a piece of paper is not our method, hence the question is whether there is something with the following functionality:
1) set the dimensions of the object manually (width*height*thickness)
2) preferably simple to learn (there is experience with max)
3) basic visualization
4) Easy (I still don’t want to set max)
5) ideally free, but if there is a full-featured trial - I’m not proud)
I watched the sketchup - I’m not happy, I consider it as an extreme option ...
PS: Throw different usable options on the edge, I'll look ...
PPS: Added an answer with explanations.

I used this at one time - https://planoplan.com/ , the free version for planning was enough for me.

In addition to the sketchup, you can also take any editor, everyone has a trial for 30 days and this is more than enough.
AutoCAD, 3DSmax, etc., whatever you can do.
