Upwork has worked and will continue to work, but given the general global panic due to the coronovirus, people will play it safe and throw fewer orders to the exchange, perhaps they will wait a couple of months.
Don’t even look at the Russian stock exchange, working with the majority of Russian clients is a minus in your karma, the level of miserliness and inadequacy is going through the roof.
If you want more stability - jump to a distance.
