UNIX-like operating systems that are not listed separately (such as FreeBSD).

Most likely something that could not be determined.
Most likely Linux, and some BSD.
Taking into account the fact that Windows was not divided into versions, Linux was divided, and Windows was named the leader, these statistics are clearly of an interested nature, and this should not be trusted.

Their statistics are interesting... Even certain Linux-s have 38%
In general, UNIX, according to their statistics, is all *nix-like (linux, bsd, real UNIX-s), for which it was not possible to determine the OS. If you scan the servers from here - https://wappalyzer.com/applications/unix (nmap -O), then there are Linuxs everywhere with a high degree of probability, but the distribution kit cannot be determined.
It also includes all sorts of embedded hardware, specialized http-balancers, routers (to which the site sticks out, as a result, all scanning arrives at it) and other nix-based brethren.
In general, the result of disguising Linux so that it doesn't tell the outside world what it is is very easy.

I would consider better the statistics of vacancies for various
languages. I will explain: Hosting on Windows is mainly IIS and .NET.
Accordingly, it is these specialists who will use it in the form of hosting their projects.
All other specialists will most likely choose a different system.
According to my personal conviction, the share of Windows in the market is ~ 20-25%
