Should you develop apps for a minor mobile OS?
Which mobile operating system to choose for developing applications and games? Which minor OS (besides Android, IOS and Windows) is popular now? Is development worth it?

the one for which you can develop and where there is a target audience
none. Even windows is not popular.

None. Only android and ios. Dot. These guys (Google and Apple) have divided the market in such a way that who the hell will fit in there commercially significant (otherwise they will start giving examples with as many as a hundred installations :DDD).
