Good day, I wondered if it would be possible to run a graphical application under the exe extension and 64-bit on a self-written Cosmos OS operating system?
Or does it not support this extension?

I guess you don't really know what you're asking.
First, there is no exe. There are MZ, PE, ELF (for sure there are others, but I don't know those).
Accordingly, the first point - see if your space can run the desired type of binary at all (as I understand it, you have PE there).
Secondly, the digit. Other things being equal, as a rule, you can run 32-bit applications on a 64-bit system, but not vice versa. But there is an exception to the first point - the application wants third-party libraries (for sure) and they must be compatible.
I'm almost sure that you have PE and I'm almost sure that you won't run it on Windows without third-party tools.
