How to put Ubuntu as a second system if Windows is on an SSD?

I have Windows on the SSD, I want to put linux on the HDD.

Every time I do this, some problems begin. Then the Ubuntu installer cannot find some EFI Partition, and if I do it, then everything still breaks.

If the system is installed, then you can forget about GRUB, it is nowhere to be found.

I tried to restore everything with the help Boot Repair- everything broke nafig.

When I put Ubuntu on a laptop, there were no such problems, and on the new computer I have 5 disks - 4 HDDs and 1 SSD with Windows, and for some reason problems arise.

disconnect all disks except the one you need, on which to install ubuntu
, burn a flash drive with or without ueffi, depending on the BIOS settings
, install ubuntu, at the end a bootloader will be installed
Connect the remaining disks
When you start the PC, select the disk from which you want to boot - with Windows or with Linux

So let her create an EFI partition to stick the bootloader there, or create a FAT partition for it yourself on the desired disk with a size of 100-200 MB.
