At the moment, I know of 2 such platforms:
- zendesk.com
- userecho.com
Are there other similar platforms, maybe even with better functionality?
Also, I would like to find a server in which all messages from instant messengers (Skype, ICQ) would flock, and the operator could respond to these messages from a central location.

Try our service . There is no Skype and ICQ (although in principle there are no such solutions on the market), but otherwise you will like it :)
