What online chat with a bot to install on the site?

Hello everybody.
There is a website for a commercial organization. It has jivochat installed and everything works on a paid license.
Not satisfied with a few points that are in no hurry to fix and implement for a couple of years. So I'm looking for a replacement.
What you need:
- Consolidated reporting for individual operators and for the entire department
- Mandatory requirement: the presence of a chat bot, because 95% of 3k requests per day are typical.
Only ready-made solutions are considered, on a paid basis. We don't want to code and we won't.

I see in the question some conceptual errors in understanding online chat.
1) Online chat for this and online chat so that people can ask their questions there and get answers to them. No bot can properly respond to people. After all, 95% of the question and ask the same thing in essence, but there are always some little things and nuances. Remember yourself how it burns when you need to decide something, let's say in a bank, and they start to football you with standard stupid answers.
2) If 95% of people ask the same thing, then look for reasons why people from your site cannot understand it themselves. Most likely somewhere some ui-errors need to be corrected.
3) As for the statistics, the question is complex. Here everyone needs their own - you can see: zendesk/chatra/livetex/livechat and others, maybe they have better ones.

A commercial organization that does not want to do anything - well, this is, as it were, the first hint that it is time to throw you into the dustbin of history. If you don't want to, hire implementers for the money they want.
