What is the reason for the screen flashing before loading the BIOS?

Black screen flashes before loading BIOS. Flashing time can be different: 5, 10, 25 minutes. After that, the BIOS is loaded and the system boots in normal mode.
I could be wrong, but that seems to be the case. Tomorrow I'll do the exact test. If the laptop goes into sleep mode for a short time, then it returns from it normally, but if it has been in sleep mode for 12 hours, then a black screen will flash again before starting.
Please tell me what could be the problem? Is it possible to see any logs on this issue? Logically, if the flashing occurs before the BIOS is loaded, then the hdd and the system do not affect this in any way? Reset BIOS settings to default.
