What is the problem with remote desktop connection?
When connecting to a remote desktop, windows asks for a username and password, I click connect, it starts connecting and immediately disconnects. There is no error, it doesn't give any. The firewall is configured, access is open. Password account. A week ago everything worked, on the computer. nothing new has been installed.
OS Windows 7 pro license, tried to reboot, it also does not come from other computers.

Several times I observed such a picture on a system that was given a shutdown command (that is, either it was in the process of shutting down, or an error occurred during the shutdown process and it did not turn off, and you can only connect to it locally). Remote Desktop Services, as far as I know, can only be restarted normally by rebooting, so if possible, this is the first thing I would try. Next, look at the system log for errors.
Look at the system and application logs, sometimes there is something interesting there
If you reached Winlogon, then there is a connection and the firewall has nothing to do with it. Perhaps the remote desktop service is hanging. Can you connect from other computers? What is Windows? If possible restart the machine?
