What is the problem with an android device when determining geolocation?

Hello everyone;)
I encountered such a problem that gps navigation in phones based on the android operating system makes mistakes in the results of determining geolocation, because it collects data from nearby wi-fi points in priority, and in some rare case it turns to satellite gps data sources. Please share mat. part - according to what principles do manufacturers of software gps trackers achieve accuracy in determining geolocation on android os?

Here is the original article on how geolocation works.

In short, if you only want the exact data that the GPS receiver gives you, you should use android.hardware.location.gps, GPS_PROVIDER, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, respectively.
