How to build a gps track with marks along the route?

Task: go along the route, mark predefined types of points on it, get a visual map of the track with these marks. Marks are simple text, predefined. That is, ideally, I would like to just go and press the buttons with certain marks so that they are automatically tied to the track.
Doesn't it exist or am I looking badly?

Application on Android from Google - my tracks. He writes a track, you can indicate the type (tourism, great, etc.) and put markers with descriptions. Plus then you get the graph and statistics.
