What is the name of this notification window?

I am writing a library in c# for my programs. You need to make such a window with blackjack and your goodies. But if there are no problems with the implementation of such a library, then there are problems with the name. I simply don’t know how to name such a component (and I don’t know what such windows are called, although I may have forgotten))).

window - because as you have in the picture, the notification clearly looks like a full-fledged window. There is a cross, the name of the program on top, etc.
If your solution is more custom, and less like a window, then I would call push notification

there is also a float window , although this refers to their translucent window for throwing links to it for downloading
