What is the name of the profession?

Hello.

Please tell me the name of this profession.
There are users of the base, for example, 1s - company employees, managers, financiers, buyers, logisticians, etc. There is an IT department - support, developers. And there is a link between them - users come to it and say: I need the database to be like this and that, such and such a function, report, filter, etc. appears. And this link writes to the developers of the technical specification that it is necessary to redo / add a new one. What is this profession called? Business analyst?

A bit of a far-fetched profession, because. essentially comes down to collecting feedback, which can be collected from other places: email, a web form of ideas and suggestions, the same support should also send interesting cases.
There is such a profession in gamedev - community manager. Communicates with players (users), usually with the most active or with the heads of mini-communities (in short, with influencers). But in the case of gamedev, this is justified, because. profit depends on the paying audience to be entertained. But in your case, everything is different: the company's profit depends on how the business is built, and who works there and how. That is, the priority is not the pleasure and comfort of employees (in extreme cases, it can be compensated by salary), but the quality of work. What do you need, are determined not by users, but by the business owner. And even in gamedev, users advise a lot of all sorts of stupid game, because they really don’t really know what they want. If you follow all the wishes of users, then any system will quickly turn into a monster and cease to be competitive.
In any case, the one who directly collects feedback (be it a community manager, support or even a secretary) usually does not make key decisions. So it is unlikely that such a profession exists in an independent version.
