The task is to click on several gopro cameras at the same time.
It is possible to take a ready-made frm01 02 03 board as the basis of the timer, which would give a signal to all mechanisms that, in turn, would press the record button on the cameras.
What is the name of the push mechanism? Are there small ones? The Chinese? We have?

If you need to press mechanically, then a solenoid or servo will do.
If you need to electrically close the button, then opto-relay / optocoupler.
If you have a GoPro, then it can be controlled remotely, there are ready-made modules for arduino based on esp8266
