Hot glue ("Chinese snot") is called. Squeezed out through a glue gun.

the material, most likely, is ethylene vinyl acetate, and "Chinese snot" can be applied with pva glue - it will look the same :)

This is hot glue, or in another way they are called "hot snot." In FixPrice, you can buy a hot glue gun for 55 rubles, and you can buy rods for it there, for the same price. We insert the rod into the gun, and work. Most do-it-yourselfers use this
