What is the easiest atmega USB programmer?

Tell me, where are the diagrams of a simple programmer for atmega8?
I wrote a similar topic here, but they drove me some kind of game from a bunch of elements and the need for a programmer for a programmer from above.
I asked a friend about his programming peak and saw a video, there is just one programmer literally on 7-10 radio components, but for a com port, for usb, he did not post an example.
On the Internet, on request, it gives out only huge schemes

The simplest programmer via USB is USBasp, there are a lot of circuits, not much more complicated than what you have on the screen. And yes - it needs a programmer. And all because USB is a serial port, not parallel like COM, and therefore there are exactly two ways out - either implement the logic for converting and working with USB in a program on a microprocessor (which USBasp does), or solder the same logic - which will increase schema size.
If there is no COM port, the easiest thing is to buy a programmer. It costs a penny in China. And then, if you need to collect USBasp and so on.
