Why is the file system reset on esp-8266 01?

Connected esp-01 via arduio powered by 18650, after flashing nodeMCU or smart.js and reboot everything works, but on next reboot nodemcu can't find ini.lua and smart.js sys.js, directory listing in smart.js outputs undefined, it turns out that the firmware is not deleted, only files are deleted, why is that?
Everything is connected directly, according to a quick connection scheme via arduino.
