There is a task to record video lessons. Pretty simple, there is a man near the blackboard, who speaks to the camera.
The issue is the choice of equipment. Which camera or camcorder to choose, so that there is price / quality. The price should not be fantastic (not 100,000 rubles).
Is it possible to choose a cheap camera that can shoot HD, and fix all the gaps in photosensitivity and other things with the right setting of lighting?

According to my observations, the difference in the picture between expensive and cheaper cameras begins to become noticeable in low light conditions. Therefore, if it is possible to set the correct light, then you can save money on the camera within reasonable limits.
The camera performs well in staged shooting, when shooting in episodes and it is possible to reshoot if something went wrong. So the camera is better.
And IMHO necessarily a good microphone (ideally a buttonhole) to it, so that the lecturer can be heard well.
