Why does premier pro compress video after export?

I add a video and export nothing without touching it, Premier Pro compresses the video and the video quality decreases.

Look in the viewport, under each of them there is a quality setting in the dropdown menu. There, it seems, according to the standard, it costs either 1/2 (50% quality) or 1/4 (25% quality). Put Full and everything will be fine.
This was done in order to make it easier to work, less load on the PC.
In addition to that, there are also sequence settings, at the very bottom there is a setting for the viewing codec (this is what the prime considers the preview to be when you put the effect, for example). It is, again, kind of limited to 1080P by the standard. If you are trying to edit 4K, then visual quality may also drop due to a decrease in resolution. But it’s better not to dig there unnecessarily, most of the alternative codecs weigh a lot, without a disk for cache you will quickly be left without disk space.

The prime minister will never kick out in the same quality as it was, he kicks out either with the latest export settings or with default ones. When exporting, select the same container (mov, mp4...) as the source, and check the boxes next to the resolution, the number of frames and wherever possible "Same as source". Well, pick up a speed of at least 8MB for FullHD video
