What are the utilities for analyzing a large number of home videos for shaking with uploading vectors to a separate file, part of the auto-stabilization algorithm?

There are a lot of videos, not of very high quality (in terms of cameraman, equipment and sometimes lighting), most of them were shot with noticeable shaking.
There is software that allows you to automatically stabilize the video by cutting off the edges, this option does not suit me.
I'm looking for tools (albeit completely cli) that allow you to analyze video files and issue a displacement map for each, in some accessible format (albeit text - time / frame number - vector). Then I could run my player (based on html and some simple javascript) in which the video would pan/tilt according to these vectors, and the user would choose whether to crop the edges or see the black-filled borders by simply zooming in on the video.
