What is the most convenient way to accept payments from foreign companies?
Hello.
I am looking for a way to accept payments from foreign clients for web development services. Clients are usually foreign legal entities. I plan to work as an individual entrepreneur, i.e.
1) At the moment, paypal is recognized as the most popular method all over the world, but it is not possible for a Russian individual entrepreneur to use it: Paypal
business account - not suitable for receiving payments from companies, prohibited by the rules
Regular paypal account will not give reports to the tax authorities, and will block the account as soon as they learn about commercial activity
2) For some reason, a direct bank transfer to my Russian bank is not suitable for many foreign clients, apparently they are asked about where the money goes, etc. etc., since in fact it is a cross-border operation. In general, I didn’t ask anyone, everyone can pay either with paypal or with credit cards
3) So, in fact, only the option with credit cards remains. There are many services that provide Internet acquiring, including reporting for the Russian tax authorities, moreover, there are services that accept payments in different currencies.
But here such an awkward moment arises: will customers want to enter their card details on services unknown to them? I think most will refuse.
Plus, Internet acquiring for the most part is focused on selling goods, content, i.e. to markets, or to subscription services. I didn’t see a clear position in any of the Internet acquiring services that they work with persons providing services to companies under contracts
. Maybe I don’t understand something, in fact, such a simple operation as receiving payment should be carried out without problems, but a clear way I did not find work with foreign companies.
The method should naturally be white and transparent for currency control and the Russian tax.
Thanks

Yandex is an unknown service? And why do you need to show an agreement to someone at all, there is an agreement with Yandex, postings to the tax office only with him, we sell the service on the site.
You yourself know that there is no answer and there will not be, the legislation in Russia is what it is and will not change in the near future
In general, it is very strange that foreign legal entities cannot make a bank transfer to your account. We work with foreign lawyers and receive payment to a bank account without any problems. Perhaps you are trying to get a transfer from them to a ruble current account? Then the translation should not go through, because. currency can only be accepted to a currency account , and for USD your own account, for EUR your own. Perhaps somewhere they messed up something with the details - intermediary banks are often used for transfers in foreign currency. This is all your bank should tell you.
Yes, and you will have to go through currency control - you definitely need an agreement, an invoice and an act to confirm the source of money for each transfer. Your bank will also tell you this, and there is a lot of material on the Internet.
Accepting payments legally is just not difficult, perhaps even cheaper than all sorts of tricks with a stick and payoneer (depending on the adequacy of the tariffs in your bank). And certainly cheaper than offshore companies and banks in Pribalitka, as they have already advised here.
If the turnover allows, register a company in Estonia, issue invoices on its behalf, payments to an Estonian bank go through without problems, and from Estonia you can pay in the Russian Federation to a Russian company or immediately to developers. If you are interested in details, please contact.
