Why does Free-lance.ru force a customer to leave a review in order to receive money through the SBR?

Such a situation arose - the customer accepted the work on the SBR, I left him a review (+), because there is no other way to get money.
After 2 months, when I said that I would no longer cooperate with him (“slippery” behavior of the customer, similar to teenage) - he left me a negative review, according to the SBR, which he himself accepted 2 months ago.
As a result, we have a freelancer (me) who left a positive review and a customer who left a negative review after 2 months
How to deal with this? The administration of free-lance.ru is completely inadequate and does not understand that this state of affairs is absurd.

I thought everyone had already quit freelancing. Why not give up on these inadequate ones and switch to normal freelance exchanges?
