What is the login and password for in 1C integration with the site?

Now I'm doing 1C integration with the site on my engine. The first thing you need in 1C is to put a link to which an http request is made, but there are two more fields: login and password. Why are they? If without them, he starts the exchange.

Your engine doesn't seem to handle these parameters, i.e. works without authorization
If anything, it's bad :)
