How to edit physical persons in 1C 8.2 in the managed application mode?

I need to add physical face, I can add it through normal mode:
7e7f304f5aab47a895d9be88681d5066
But in managed app mode, I can't do that:

Same story with some other guides... Why can't I edit in managed app mode? What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?
Thanks in advance!
PS There are all kinds of rights to the user.

Dark history. If there were no managed form at all, then the platform itself would generate it. On the list form, there would be columns with all the details of an individual, and on the element form, the details would line up in a single column one under the other. There is no conf at hand to see exactly, but most likely the developers of the complex deliberately took this step and blocked the ability to edit elements in the managed interface so as not to waste time developing a managed form (you see - there is also a register of information about individuals, register contact information, photo output, etc.).
In user rights, this definitely cannot be done - there are rights to the launch mode (managed or normal) and rights to the object. If the object is edited in the normal mode, but you can enter the managed mode, then you definitely have the right to edit the object in the managed form.

Not all documents and guides in your edition of "KA 1.1" are in the form of a managed application, hence the problem.
To work in the managed application mode, only some functionality is implemented:
And so on...
The solution to the problem can be the creation of such a form, unless of course you have programming skills on the 1C platform and you are ready to remove the configuration from support and update it manually.
