How to set up a managed application mode in 1C 8.2?

In the managed application mode, in the counterparty directory, there is no address and phone field:

But in the regular application mode, it is:

Why is that? How to make that in the managed mode there were these fields? Here's what's in the configurator (I can't change it): 30071fc69f114d6f87fe0ca1d503590c.png
PS I apologize wildly for the fourth question on 1C. Thank you all in advance.

I'm wildly sorry ... but as far as I remember, the managed interface is built depending on User Rights, Functional options and user settings in enterprise mode ... maybe someone just changed the form in enterprise mode through all the actions, and we are racking our brains here.

1) It looks like just an unfinished development of the form. I checked in UT, UNF and ERP - everywhere there are bookmarks of contact information and so on.
2) It makes no sense to look at the details of counterparties in the configurator, since contact information is stored not in the directory, but in the "Contact information" information register.
3) You can't edit anything because the configuration is fully supported without the possibility of changes.
What do you need a managed interface for? Do you want to make a publication on a corporate server and work through a browser? Maybe we shouldn't move everyone there? :)
Do you have the latest version of the configuration (1.1.64.2) at all, or are you dealing with legacy from your predecessors? Do you ask questions through the support service (I know that each question is processed for 3-4 days, but they give a guaranteed correct answer from developers and methodologists)?

Most likely the problem (in your case) is solved by installing configuration updates. Only developers can add anything to conf, and you won't lose conf support....

It is necessary to look in the configurator for the form of the object for counterparties. If there, in a managed form, there is a table with addresses, then, apparently, its visibility is configured by some functional options.
It is also possible that the table is not available while the counterparty is being created.
