How to move an item to the archive?

The product has been withdrawn from sale, it cannot be deleted, because there are related documents with it. How do I move a product to the archive or mark it as "Product discontinued"?

Use this "Assortment"
Change "Nomenclature type" .
Use/change the "Commodity group" to which you can link the availability/visibility of users. So that they don't choose.
