How to upload a directory from 1C to the infoblock of a site on Bitrix?

Good afternoon.
I understand that the question is not new, but I think that maybe someone has ideas for a solution or new platform features. There is a need to upload directories from 1C Enterprise (UT 11.2) to infoblocks on the site on Bitrix. Any ideas how this can be done? Now uploading is possible only to hl-blocks, but they do not have convenient tools for working and therefore need to be uploaded to infoblocks. Perhaps there is a tool for converting an hl-block into an infoblock?

Here it is described that 1C can publish a web service with the necessary data to the outside, I believe that it is possible to hang a script on the Bitrix side on the cron, which will take the published data with a certain frequency and save them in IB
