Is there any helpdesk in nature, in which, upon the fact of a call, a task would be created + a recording of the conversation would be attached to it?
or is it possible to fasten such functionality in redmine?

HelpDeskEddy.com can do this through the API. When the handset is lifted, IP telephony sends a request, after the call is completed, it attaches a recording of the conversation.
