download speed 100 Mbps.
It looks like their servers are slowing down. So I thought if I update different Windows, will they not be updated from different servers? That is faster.

If the "bottleneck" is a server with an update, then it is possible in parallel. Of course, if the server does not guess to limit the speed by ip.
And you can also download updates (at least from torrents) and install them offline, this is guaranteed to be faster than online updates.

Если виртуалки крутятся на одном гипервизоре - лучше поотдельности дабы время ожидания диска не ухудшало производительность.
