Running a program that requires administrator rights (as a user)?

There are 2 accounts on the PC (the PC is not in the domain, windows 8, 8.1): admin and user (user rights are limited).
The main work is done under user. I installed the software for capturing and recording the screen (bandicam), the program has an autostart, but due to the fact that the rights are cut, no action occurs, forced start - asks for an admin pass.
How to solve the problem? You need to run the program without entering the admin password.
Elevated Shortcut, Admilink - tried it.
I also tried through the scheduler (under the admin), nothing happened. I tried under the administrator to give full rights to the folder with the software and in the registry to the program branch, it also did not work out.
Thank you.

Most likely it won't work. In the TS there is also an option to run the file under the admin, try playing with it.

Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit
helps pretty well - and you don't need to give users admin rights
