In the logs of the Remote Desktop Service, I see errors: The RD
Connection Broker client failed to redirect the user.
RD Connection Broker was unable to process the connection request for the user.
Invalid prompt format in user .rdp file.
Error: Wrong connection hint format in .rdp file.
An error occurred while receiving a redirect packet from RD Connection Broker in the Connection Broker client.
Error: Element not found.
All errors refer to one user, the user himself was created, everything worked until the trial period passed, after the remote desktop loaded with a black screen. Added a license server, activated the server license and device licenses. The desktop does not load - a black screen, keyboard shortcuts like ctrl + del + end and so on do not help, they just have 0 reactions. The question is how to fix this? Google didn't help.
