Starting OS (kvm) from the physical partition disk?

There is a HDD, divided into two sections (1 - linux, 2 - windows). You need to go into Linux and run windows in a virtual machine.
How can I do that? I found a couple of guides, tried to do it - it did not work. Or the hands are crooked, which is most likely or not done right. Who faced share the reference to esteem. Thank you!

qemu -hda /dev/sda2 .... there will be problems with the drivers.
