What is the fastest way to get into mobile development now?

How to quickly enter mobile development, what to write on? At one point I thought to try ionic, but they say it's slow, maybe something has changed now? Flutter maybe? Or what else, and it would be desirable to compare the complexity of the yaps and the environment, their pros and cons.

And who knows how to enter quickly. I have been teaching for 5 years and still I think that I will not pass the interview for a junior. Only owners of the "mobile developer in X days/months" course know how fast.
My opinion is only native development. Only hardcore on java for android and hardcore si for apple.
Why not kotlin or swift. And the fact that I'm interested no one rewrote. Too close to the core my interests lie.

Stop asking and start doing. Try Ionic make sure it is slow, change to Flatter at the same time compare in complexity
