What is the easiest way to organize a newsletter on the site?

It is necessary to organize a mailing list for registered users on the site. Each registration, they will receive an activation link, which should, in theory, increase the loyalty of mail servers to such mailings, because. We have already established the first contact and users did not press "spam" on it.
I'm not very savvy in all sorts of DKIM and other email signatures. Maybe there is something ready-made, some frameworks, so that the easiest way to organize a mailing list? I can program anything in almost any web technology Node.js, Python, PHP, but servers in terms of DNS and mail are a dark forest for me. In which direction to look, how to make it easier, what to focus on? :)

The easiest way is to use a mailing service. But you still have to set up DKIM, SPF and "warm up the domain" records. The SPF protects the domain and increases the likelihood of email being delivered to the inbox. The DKIM record indicates that the domain from which the mailing came belongs to you. They also set up another entry - DMARC, it indicates what the mail server should do with letters that have not passed the SPF and DKIM checks.
