A good free email script?

Recommend a good free email script.
Requirements:
1. Written in php or python
3. Manage the mailing process - how many and what parts
4. Ability to adequately manage and customize email headers
5. Ability to manage parts of a multipart email (html / text)
6. Ability to connect your email database without strong labor costs
7. Personalization of each letter (including full name), support for Russian grammar is desirable (respected / respected).
8. Functionality for unsubscribing from the mailing list, including support for the List-Unsubscribe header, in which the e-mail will not be completely removed from the database, but will be marked as "unsubscribed" (to avoid re-adding this email in the future).
It would seem that there should be a lot of scripts for mailing, but as it turned out, finding something worthwhile and free is quite difficult. The last time I did this, I had to rewrite half of the script to support similar requirements. As a rule, such things as customizing the structure of the letter (headers, parts of a multipart letter, encodings, etc.) are completely absent.

There is a good bimailer script. It's all there and the graphical shell is nice. It is updated and maintained periodically. Written in PHP and put as an engine on a site with a subscription form.
