What is the best speed to send email newsletters?

I set up a mailing list on my server. Approximately 50 thousand addresses, mailing will be weekly. Is it necessary to stretch this mailing out over time, or can all 50,000 letters be put in Exim's queue at once?

It's better to stretch. And so the possible speed depends on the reputation of your mail domain. The slower you send, the less likely it is to end up in spam.
