How does the Lamoda newsletter work?

I was interested in the question, although this may be a coincidence, but for three days in a row.
A lot of spam comes to the mail in different stores where we ordered certain goods.
But lamoda has such a trick that their letter arrives EXACTLY THEN when you go to the mail, not earlier or later. I just went to the mail, and then bam, a letter from Lamoda arrives right in real time, but this always happens at different times. It may be early morning, then 9:32 as it was now, maybe around 12:00
Hence the question, how do you think this works? Are there any services that have such an algorithm of work?

In mailings from their partners (or simply from the same mailing provider) there may be tracking of the fact of opening a hidden picture that is loaded from a remote server when opening a letter.
It is possible that the mailing list provider has an agreement with Lamoda to initiate the sending of a letter exactly at the moment the tracking picture is opened by this recipient.

This doesn't happen. There are no technologies for this, whether to track online mail or not, mail has no such concept in principle.
Maybe your mail is cached well in your browser, and it is updated only when you are in the mail and the scripts pull up updates via ajax, but when you just visit you, in principle, you don’t see new letters until the ajax update?

Is the mail not on mail.ru by any chance?) As far as I know, lamoda is somehow related to mail.ru, maybe they have their own scripts written to send mail online at the moment. But, I can be wrong.

And yesterday a letter from Lamoda came only at 9:24 (but yesterday at that time I was in the hall, which means I couldn’t be online, which means it’s a pure coincidence with today and the day when I created post)
